Customer Engagement Manager
Sonja Gabrielsen is an experienced customer success professional with a passion for sustainability and climate awareness. As a Customer Engagement Manager at Planet FWD, she supports all aspects of the client experience from signature, through projects, and future climate planning. Before joining the team in 2022, she spent several years working in enterprise software account management, developing success strategies to support high satisfaction. She graduated from Cornell University with a BA in the Science of Earth Systems, a degree focused on a holistic view of climate issues and solutions, which included a carbon neutral sustainability semester in Hawai’i!
